摘  要:医学院校教学改革是学校发展的需要,也是培养高素质人才的需要。人体寄生虫学学科的发展,在当前世界各国均未受到应有的重视,导致人体寄生虫学教学未能如其他学科那样蓬勃发展。在课时减少,内容增加的情况下,学生更不易掌握知识。笔者在人体寄生虫学教学中,针对小班化教学的特点,采用了互动式教学、基于病例的教学、以问题学习为基础的教学、将最新科研成果应用于教学、将科研活动与教学相结合以及第二课堂活动等教学方法,取得了很好的效果。Teaching reform is necessary for the development of medical school, and the training of high-quality talents. The discipline of Human Parasitology is widely neglected by the scientific community in the world. This discipline is fading in medical education. Facing the reduction of academic hours and the increasing in course contents, it is more difficult for students to master the knowledge of this discipline. In teaching Human Parasitology, we have achieved excellent results by integrating several teaching modes in the small-class, including interactive tutorials, case-based learning,problem-based learning, adding current research findings in the content, carrying out research activities, and second class activities.
