摘  要:针对叶片式连续回转电液伺服马达存在低速爬行现象的问题,分析影响马达低速性能的因素.根据马达的工作原理,采用平行平板缝隙流量理论公式,考虑表面粗糙度对泄漏量的影响,建立了连续回转马达内泄漏数学模型,得到了表面粗糙度、进出口压力差和旋转角速度对内泄漏的影响规律.通过搭建单通道电液位置伺服系统原理框图,采用MATLAB软件对不同泄漏系数下马达的低速跟踪性能进行了仿真,获得了内泄漏对马达低速性能的影响规律,为改善连续回转马达低速性能的控制策略设计奠定了基础.Aiming at the low speed creeping problem in the continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the motor low speed performances.According to the working principle of the motor,the parallel plate flow theoretical formula is used,considering the impact of surface roughness on the leakage.Mathematical model of the internal leakage of continuous rotary motor is established and the law of the internal leakage influenced by surface roughness,the pressure difference between inlet and outlet and rotational angular velocity is obtained.With the set-up of the principle block diagram of the single-channel electro-hydraulic position servo system and simulation analysis of motor's low-speed tracking performances under different leakage coefficients based on MATLAB,the influence of the internal leakage on motor low speed performances is obtained,which has laid down the foundation to improve the control strategy design of the continuous rotary motor low speed performances.
