摘 要:文章运用知识图谱的研究方法,对我国近15年以来高教类CSSCI期刊中"教师发展"相关文献进行科学计量和可视化分析。研究显示:高校教师发展研究基本态势良好,研究成果较为丰富,研究主题较为集中,研究者和研究机构均在稳步形成。"教师专业发展""地方高校"和"青年教师发展"等研究热点凸显;"教学中心""教学能力"和"专业发展"等微观层面研究渐受关注,教师发展实证研究、教师发展中心建设等将成为下一时期的研究热点。但同时也发现,相关研究主题多元化程度不够,宏观思辨研究方法较多,实证研究极少。研究领域的核心研究机构分布不均衡,核心作者群尚未形成,不同院校与地区间相关研究群体交流互动较少,合作研究的国际化程度极低。以上问题的发现,以期引起学界方家的关注。Using the researching methods of the knowledge map and focusing on the CSSCI journals' pa- pers in higher education in these 15 years, the result shows that the development of teachers is in a good state and it has achieved a good result. Meanwhile, the topics also become concentrated and researchers and its in- stitutions are gradually formed. Teachers' professional development, local universities, development of young teachers and other related research are increasingly prominent in these studies. However, we found that the re- search topics are not so much diversity and the studies which uses the method of multi -disciplinary are much less that of macro speculative. Furthermore, the group's core research areas have not formed yet and the core research institutions distributed unevenly among different institutions and regional research groups. The aim of this study is to raise the academic attention and try solving above problems.
