基于加权超图的区域校企合作申请专利超网络模型——以浙江ICT产业为例

摘　　要：以大学(学院、学校)和公司(企业、集团、厂)为节点,以专利为超边,构建了基于加权超图的区域校企合作申请专利超网络。利用来自国家知识产权局的2014年浙江ICT产业校企合作申请专利的数据,绘制了基于加权超图的2014年浙江ICT产业校企合作申请专利超网络拓扑结构图,并对超网络拓扑结构指标进行了衡量与计算。结果表明:浙江ICT产业要进一步开展校企合作,加强省际间的校企合作,其中政府要发挥政策引导作用。The paper describes the regional-level university-enterprise cooperation hypernetwork for applying patent. Regarding university（col-lege,school） and company（enterprise,group,factory） as the node,and taking a patent as a hyper edge,it constructs a regional-level university-enterprise cooperation hypernetwork for applying patent based on the weighted hypergraph. It uses the patent data of ICT industry in Zhejiangin 2014 from State Intellectual Property Office（SIPO）, and draws the topology structure graph on university-enterprise cooperation hypernet-work for applying patent in ICT industry of Zhejiang in 2014 based on the weighted hypergraph,and measures the structural indicators. The re-sults indicate that ICT industry in Zhejiang province should further strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and the cooperation betweenprovinces,and the government could play a key role in policy guide.
