摘　　要："校企合作"是高校电子商务专业实践教学体系的重要组成部分。以玉林师范学院为例,在介绍电子商务专业"校企合作"实践教学现状的基础上,分析了"校企合作"存在的问题并提出了相关建议.＂School-enterprise Cooperation＂is an important part of the practical teaching system of E-commerce major in colleges and universities. Taking Yulin Normal University as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the basis of introducing the current situation of the practice teaching of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂ in E-commerce major.
