摘 要:在高等教育改革不断深化的背景下,高校体育课教学模式改革势在必行.以"健康第一"为指导思想,促进学生全面发展为目标.采用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,以合肥师范学院、安徽建筑大学、安徽大学、中国科技大学、合肥工业大学2015、2016级公共篮球选项课12个公共体育篮球班的600名学生为研究对象,对体育选项课分班异步教学模式进行实证检验.实践证明,分班异步教学模式有利于因材施教,调动学生的积极性;有利于提高学生的理论知识水平、技能水平、身体素质和解决问题的能力.Under the background of higher education reform deepening, the university physical education teaching model reform is imperative. This paper takes "health the first" as the guiding ideology, promote the all--round development of students as the goal. By the methods of documentary, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics research methods, such as in normal college, anhui architecture university, anhui hefei university, China university of science and technology, hefei university of technology, 2015, 2016 public basketball option class 12 public sports class of 600 students as the research object, the sports op- tion class divide into classes asynchronous teaching model for empirical test. Practice has proved that asyn- chronous teaching mode is helpful to divide into classes according to their aptitude, arouse the enthusiasm of students; To improve students" theoretical knowledge, skills, physical quality and the ability to solve the problem.
