高职景观与建筑装饰专业人才培养模式改革研究——以安徽商贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过人才培养模式的改革,在重视专业基础理论、核心技能和实践能力的基础上,增加对学生创新思维和创新能力的培养,可以培养出专业基础牢、知识广、能力强、素质高的创新型高素质技术技能设计人才。结合安徽商贸职业技术学院景观与建筑装饰专业办学特色,提出"三站、两室、一坊"工学结合校企共建的人才培养模式,通过建立一个集室内设计和景观设计为一体的基础教学实训平台,为学生职业能力的培养、实践技能的提高和社会化服务提供良好基础。The authors think that we can cultivate innovative design talents with high quality and skills who are professional, knowledgeable and qualified if we reform on talent cultivation mode, putting more efforts into fostering students＇ innovative idea as well as ability based on the emphasis of their basic theory mastery, core skills and practical ability acquisition. In light of the school-running features of Anhui Business College concerning Landscape and Architectural Decoration Major, the authors propose a talent cultivation mode combining work and learning based on the cooperation between college and industry. This mode provides a basic teaching and training platform combining interior design and landscape design to help foster students＇ vocational ability, improve their practical skill and can serve the society also.
