职业技术教育领域研究生教育质量保证体系的建立

摘　　要：针对职教硕士招生与管理工作的相关情况,阐述了职教硕士培养和管理中存在的问题,分析了建立职业技术教育领域专业学位培养质量保证体系的必要性和可行性,提出了建立健全质量保证体系的主要思路及措施,即:确定科学的培养目标,制定特色培养方案;注重基地建设,加强实践教学;规划招生规模,提高生源质量;完善管理机制,强化导师职责;把握过程监控,提高培养质量;借助学位评估,建立培养质量标准等。Based on the related master＇s recruitment and management of technical secondary school, this paper expounds the problems existing in the vocational education master＇s cultivation and management, and the necessity and feasibility of professional degree education quality guarantee system for establishing vocational and technical education field are analyzed in this paper. The main ideas and measures to establish and improve the quality assurance system are put forward, namely： determine scientific training objectives, develop characteristic training plan; pay attention to the base construction, strengthen the practice teaching; planning the recruitment of students scale, improve the quality of source of students ; perfect the management mechanism, strengthen the responsibility of the instructor; to grasp the process monitoring, and improve the training quality ; with aid of degree evaluation, established quality standards, etc.
