摘　　要：适应经济"新常态"和实施创新驱动发展战略,迫切需要加快培养拔尖创新人才。理工院校在我国高等教育体系中占有举足轻重的地位,是培养各类拔尖创新人才的重要方面军。高等教育大众化背景下理工院校拔尖人才培养面临新的形势和挑战,需要深化传统"专业教育"人才培养模式改革,将通识教育融入理工院校拔尖人才培养,努力构建理工院校拔尖人才培养新模式。In order to adapt the＂new normal ＂status and implement innovation-driven economic development strategy,the acceleration of the top creative talents training is urgently required. Science and technology colleges play an significant role in the higher education system,and are the main way to educate all kinds of top creative talents. They are facing a new situation and challenges under the popularization of higher education. As a result,they need to deepen the traditional ＂specialty education＂talents training pattern reforming,merge general education into top-notch talent training and try to build a new model in the area.
