摘 要:人力资本在企业经营管理中的价值越来越明显,为了更有效地提升人力资本价值人力资源管理部门的职能和角色也在不断发生着深刻的变化。在共享经济视角下,人力资本共享推动了企业HRBP体系的建设。华为作为国内较早推行HRBP的民营企业已经取得了显著的成果,本文基于华为HRBP体系建设的案例,对在共享经济视角下HRBP建设实践提出几点建议和讨论:(1)HRBP已经成为当代企业人力资源管理职能转变的重要方向;(2)共享经济视角下,HRBP体系建设中要特别关注对共享平台的搭建;(3)共享型文化和氛围是HRBP体系中的重要内容。The value of human capital in enterprise management is more and more obvious. The role of human resource management department has been profound changes in order to promote the human capital value function. In a Shared economic perspective, the human capital share to promote the construction of the enterprise HRBP system. Huawei as domestic earlier introduce HRBP private enterprises have made remarkable achievements, this article, based on the case of HuaWei HRBP system construction, practice on construction under the Shared economic perspective HRBP puts forward several Suggestions and discussion: (1) the HRBP has become the important direction of the transformation of the modem enterprise human resource management functions; (2) share the economic perspective, HRBP system of sharing platform of must pay special attention to in the construction of the building; (3) the Shared culture and atmosphere is the important content in the HRBP system.
