摘　　要：随着现代远程教育的崛起,成人高等教育进入超常规的"跨越式"发展时期,成人高等教育的质量成为国家和社会普遍关注的问题。成人高等教育质量下降的原因是多方面的,只有把它放在多维度上加以分析,从各维度上找出问题所在,从体制机制上营造质量保障的大环境,从法律、行政和经济约束上促使办学主体不断完善,才能建立适合中国国情的、多层次、全方位的成人高等教育质量保障体系,有效推动成人高等教育健康发展。With the rise of modern distance education,adult higher education has entered its supernormal and ＂great-leap-forward＂developing period.Its quality has caused extensive concern of the national government and the whole society.The cause of quality deterioration involves many aspects.Analysis ought to be multi-dimensional to find problems at every aspect,creating aquality assurance environment from the institutional mechanisms,promoting the continuous improvement of the main school body from the legal,administrative and economic constraints.Only in this way can it establish a multi-level and allround quality assurance system and effectively promote a healthy development of adult higher education.
