摘　　要：本文首先对影响残疾大学生就业的主要因素进行了分析,其次从高校的角度探讨了应该如何针对这一就业困难群体开展相关就业指导工作,从而促进残疾大学生就业。This paper firstly analyzes the main factors affecting disabled college students＇ employment, and then explores how to carry out the corresponding employment guidance, hoping to promote disabled college students＇ employment.
