摘　　要：EOP教学把学生职业发展和专业需求有机衔接,以未来工作任务和岗位能力为学习重点,培养学生职场中的语言沟通能力。因此,组建EOP教学团队能解决当前英语改革与师资队伍EOP教学能力不足的矛盾,为高校英语教学与职场能力培养的深度结合指明了新的发展方向。EOP teaching effectively connects students＇ occupational development with professional demands, cultivating students＇ communicative language competence in the workplace focusing on future working tasks and occupational competence.Therefore, the establishment of an EOP teaching team can solve the current contradiction between English teaching and teachers＇ lack of EOP teaching ability, thus pointing out the a direction for the further integration of college English teaching and occupational ability cultivation.
