摘　　要：将PDCA管理模式引入到粮油实验室质量管理保障体系建设,并通过以保证脂肪酸值检测结果准确为例进行粮油实验室PDCA管理研究,最后提出PDCA在粮油实验室质量保证体系建设中应注意企业绩效考核、管理者、员工的作用。Discussion about grain andoils laboratory quality management guarantee system construction base on PDCA management mode .and put the example as guarantee the accuracy of the testing results of fatty acid value for the PDCA management research,finally puts forward PDCA in grain and oil laboratory quality assurance system should pay attention to the enterprise performance,the role of managers and employees.
