小型三轴转台相交度的测试方法

摘　　要：为了测量小型三轴转台的相交度误差,在内环轴两端各安装十字靶标,并用经纬仪观测对准靶标的水平角,然后根据水平角以及经纬仪至外环轴线的距离计算三轴相交度误差。首先,在考虑转台的相应垂直度、相交度误差的基础上,建立相应坐标系,用齐次变换法得出靶标中心点在基准坐标系下的坐标,据此设计相交度的测试方法,即将三轴台三轴转至几个特殊角位置,用经纬仪对准两靶标并记录水平角;根据靶标中心点在基准坐标系下的坐标计算出三轴相交度误差;最后对相交度测试进行误差分析。In order to measure intersection error of a small three-axis turntable, two cross targets were fixed at both ends of the inner axis and a theodolite was used to measure the horizontal angles of the targets, then the intersection error was calculated with the horizontal angles and the distance between the theodolite and outer axis lines of the three-axis turn- table. Firstly a series of coordinate systems were established on consideration of perpendicularities and intersections among outer, middle and inner axis lines of the turntable; the targets＇ coordinates were calculated with the method of homogeneous transformation;then measurement method was designed. Three-axis turntable＇ s outer, middle,inner axis lines were rotated to several special angular positions ; the targets were aligned with the theodolite and the horizontal angles of the targets were recorded ; three - axis intersection error was calculated with the targets＇ coordinates in the reference coordinate system. Finally, the intersection error was analyzed.
