摘　　要：对学生开展心理教育是时代赋予教师的一项重要的责任。由于各种原因,当前教师在履行学生心理学工作责任的实践中,尤其是在开展对学生心理咨询活动过程中所存在的一些行为问题,不仅影响到学校心理教育的实效性,有的甚至对学生的成长造成不良影响。因此,从一定理论的角度分析这些问题,并提出一些解决对策,对帮助教师纠正所存在的问题,促进学校心理咨询等心理教育活动的健康发展具有重要的实践意义。The psychological education for students is an important responsibility of the times. Due to various reasons,some teachers have behavior problems in current practice of psychological consultation activities and affect the effectiveness of school psychological education and even to the growth of students. Therefore,it is of important practical significance for the healthy development of psychological education to analyze these problems from a theoretical point of view and put forward relative countermeasures to help teachers with school psychological consultation.
