摘　　要：通过Web Field 300XP控制系统实现精制糖企业全流程自动化控制,企业劳动生产率得到了有效提高,与传统生产方式相比,生产操作人员减少了2/3以上。特别是解决了立式连续结晶罐这一复杂非线性系统控制的难题,其加热蒸汽使用汁汽,与传统间歇式结晶罐相比煮糖蒸汽可节约20%以上,为国内连续结晶罐进一步推广使用起到了良好示范作用。The whole process automation control of sugar refinery was realized by use of SUPCON WebField 300XP control system. The labor productivity had been effectively improved, and the operators decreased by more than two-thirds compared with the traditional mode of production. In particular, We had solved the problem of complex nonlinear system for the VKT, it can save more than 20% of steam by use of the juice vapor compared with the traditional batch crystallizer, which played a good role model for further promoting use of VKT in the domestic.
