制度环境视角下的民族地区企业社会责任研究

摘　　要：民族区域自治制度是观察民族地区企业社会责任履行情况的基本制度维度。本文将研究视角聚焦于民族地区,重点考察民族地区企业社会责任制度环境的一般性与特殊性,并通过民族地区上市企业社会责任报告的比较和分析,探讨制度因素与社会责任行为的关系,检验民族地区企业对自身责任的认知情况,以及民族区域自治制度在民族地区企业社会责任建设中的影响和作用,以期得出有益于实践和制度建设的结论。Regional autonomy for ethnic minorities is a basic dimension of observing implementation of corporate social responsibility in ethnic regions.This paper focuses on ethnic regions with emphasis on generality and particularity of corporate social responsibility in ethnic regions,discussing the relationship between institutional factor and social responsibility behavior through comparison and analysis of listed corporate social responsibility reports,and examines the cognitive status of corporates on own responsibility and the effects of regional autonomy for ethnic minorities on the construction of corporate social responsibility in order to come to conclusion which is beneficial for practice and institutional construction.
