摘 要:为研究动车组通过小半径曲线的安全性,在某动车所和动车组走行线选取小半径曲线,采用Min Prof廓形仪对钢轨磨耗进行测试,并对CRH2C型和CRH380A型综合检测列车通过小半径曲线时的动力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:小半径曲线外股钢轨主要发生侧磨,内股钢轨主要发生轨道垂磨,曲线不同断面处的钢轨侧磨量差异较大,建议线路养护维修时重点考虑对缓和曲线与圆曲线过渡处采取润滑等减磨措施;对于动车组低速通过小半径曲线的准静态情况,建议脱轨系数限值取为1.0,在通过半径300 m曲线时适当限速;导向轮的脱轨系数明显大于从动轮,且曲线半径越小导向轮脱轨系数越大,导向轮与从动轮脱轨系数相差越大,导向轮的轮重减载率却明显小于从动轮,因此,除了应关注导向轮的脱轨系数外,还应重点关注从动轮的轮重减载率,防止动车组脱轨。In order to study the safety of electric multiple units(EMU) passing through the small radius curve railway line,the rail abrasion tests were made by using Mini Prof instrument and selecting the small radius curves of a EMU depot and a EMU railway line,and the dynamic performance of CRH2 C and CRH380 A comprehensive detection train passing the small radius curves were tested and analyzed respectively.Results showed that there are side abrasion of external rail and vertical abrasion of internal rail in small radius curve railway line,the rail side wear in different sections of the curve are very different,such abrasion reduction measures as lubrication for the section between transition curve and circular curve should be considered during the maintenance and repair period of the railway lines.The limit value of derailment coefficient should be 1.0 according to the Quasi-static condition of EMU passing through the small radius curve with lowspeed and the speed should be limited when EMU passing through the curve with 300 m radius.The derailment coefficient of guide wheel is significantly greater than that of the driven wheel,the derailment coefficient of guide wheel and the difference between derailment coefficient of guide wheel and that of driven wheel increase with the curve radius decreasing,and rate of wheel load reduction of guide wheel is significantly less than that of the driven wheel.It is suggested that not only the derailment coefficient of guide wheel but also the rate of wheel load reduction of driven wheel should be considered in order to prevent the EMU derailment.
