摘 要:目的:分析高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同步测定多种色素含量的不确定度。方法:通过评定各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果:HPLC同步测定多种色素含量的扩展不确定度范围在3.97%~7.13%(k=2);天平称量和提取回收率对合成色素的测量结果不确定度影响最大。结论:本研究建立了简便易行的HPLC同步测定肉制品中色素含量检测结果的不确定度评定方法。Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the content of several kinds of synthetic pigments for simultaneous determination by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Method The synthetic standard uncertainties and expanded uncertainties were calculated. Result It was found that sample weighing and the rate of recovery had the strongest impact on the uncertainty. The uncertainties of synthetic pigments were at the range of 3. 97% ~ 7. 13 %( k = 2). Conclusion A feasible method for uncertainty evaluation on the determination on synthetic pigments in processed meat was established.
