摘　　要：针对香港理工大学工程教育的经验和香港理工大学工业中心的运作情况进行研究。介绍工业中心创立的背景、创立初期的工业基本技术训练工场定位和工程训练理念。总结工业中心从基本技术训练向现代工业训练转变的情况:工业训练理念的转变,要培养工程技术和管理人才;引进先进技术,接受工程教育的毕业生要掌握先进技术;开展项目训练,培养学生的综合能力。According to the engineering education in Hong Kong Polytechnic University,the concepts and operations experiences are studied in the paper.Some contents are introduced at first,including founding background of industry center,location of industrial basic technology training workshop in founding initial stage,and concept of engineering train.The change of industry center from basic technology train to modern industry train is summarized,inducing the change of concept of industry train,cultivating engineering and manage talents,importing advanced technology,making graduates to master advanced technology,and training comprehensive abilities.These successful experiences can be used for a reference.
