摘 要:目的探讨微格教学在托管二级民营医院临床护理教师培训中的应用及效果。方法采用微格教学法对托管二级民营医院的临床护理教师进行培训。比较微格教学培训前后教师角色压力、有效教学行为以及教学技能平均得分情况。结果微格教学培训后,受训临床护理教师角色压力减轻,有效教学行为及教学技能显著提升(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论微格教学能在短期内有效降低临床护理教师的角色压力,提高其有效临床教学行为及教学技能。Objective To explore the methods and effects of microteaching in the training of clinical nursing teachers working in a second class private hospital under trusteeship. Methods Twenty one clinical nursing teachers working in a second class private hospital under trusteeship were trained using microteaching. The teachers' role stress, effective teaching behaviors and teaching skills were evaluated before and after the application of microteaching method. Results The teachers' role stress was significantly al leviated, and they scored higher in effective teaching behaviors and teaching skills after the application of microteaching method (P〈0.05, P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Microteaching can effectively alleviate clinical teachers' role stress, and enhance their clinical teaching behaviors and teaching skills.
