摘　　要：随着信息化技术的快速发展,档案管理进入信息化管理时期,工资档案作为档案构成的重要部分,记录着职工每一阶段的工资构成,涉及每个职工的切身利益。根据上级要求,结合我院实际情况,依据软件工程设计理论,采用面向对象的开发方法,设计和开发工资档案生成系统。该系统设计结构清楚,功能划分合理,操作界面友好。使用该系统能按时保质保量完成任务,完善档案资料管理工作。With the rapid development of information technology, archive management use the information management, and salary archive is the important part of archive, which record the wages of employees constituted in each stage, and involving the vital interests of each employee. According to the requirements of higher office, and combined with our reality, based on software engineering theory and object-oriented development methods, the salary archive is designed and developed, the system designed a clear structure, reasonable function division, friendly user interface. By using the system the task is complete timely.
