高校思政教育中提升学生人格的养成途径探析

摘　　要：现代社会全面发展，使得高素养、高人格的人才需求量增大。高校思政教育的特点就决定了它在提升学生人格方面所起的重要作用。因而，通过思政教育提升学生人格路径探究就成为了一个热门话题。本文就这一问题进行探讨，分析学生培养健全人格的重要性、高校人格教育效果差的影响因素、人格培养路径等问题，希望引起大家对学生人格培养的重视，为培养学生健全的人格找出正确的途径。为社会提供一批高素质、人格健全的综合型人才。with the development of modem society, the demand for talents with high quality and high personality is increasing. The characteristics of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities determine its important role in promoting students＇ personality. Therefore, the ideological and political education to enhance students＇ personality path inquiry has become a hot topic, this paper will discuss this issue, analysis of students＇ personality cultivation, the importance of personality education in college poor effect factors, personality path and other issues, I hope to attract everyone to the student personality training seriously, find the right way of cultivating the students＇ personality, provide a number of comprehensive high-quality talents for the society, perfect personality.
