摘 要:促进教师教学发展工作是提高高校人才培养质量的内在要求,也是满足高校教师发展需求的必要举措。教师教学发展中心可以为不同的教师群体举办各种培训或工作坊、开展教学沙龙或专题研讨会、鼓励并支持教师开展课堂教学研究活动等。有效开展教师教学发展工作,要整合现有资源,处理好广度与深度的问题,不失时机地将外部推动力量转化为内部动力,在关注教师教学的同时关注学生的学习。Promotion of teachers' teaching development is an inherent requirement of improving the quality of university talent development as well as an indispensable measure to satisfy university teachers' needs of development. Teachers ~ teaching development center can conduct various trainings and workshops for dif- ferent groups of teachers, arrange teaching saloons or seminars, and encourage and support teachers to do researches on classroom teaching. In order to make teachers' teaching development effective, existing re- sources needs integration, width and depth of the issue is to be well dealt with, external impetus is to be transformed into internal motive at a proper moment, and students' study requires attention while teach- ers' teaching is emphasized.
