摘　　要：在高等教育转型升级的背景下,教育技术学本科专业应用型人才如何培养,值得深入地研究。通过对本科应用型人才的知识、能力、素质要求的分析,结合泉州师范学院教育技术项目实践课程开设的成效,对应用型人才的核心能力——综合实践能力的培养进行探讨。Under the background of the transformation and upgrading in higher education, how to cultivate applied talents for education technology major is worthy of further study. Through the analysis on the knowledge, ability and quality required for combining the effectiveness of project practice courses in application-oriented undergraduates, Quanzhou Normal University, cultivation of comprehensive practical ability, the core competence for applied talents, is discussed.
