地方高校文科应用型人才语言能力培养模式探讨——以鲁东大学国家级“语言文学实验教学示范中心”为例

摘　　要：地方高校人才培养方向多侧重于应用型,体现产业需求、职业需求导向,实验室平台相应要转变运作机制,及时跟进。本文以鲁东大学国家级"语言文学实验教学示范中心"为例,以职业语言能力培养为解剖对象,探讨文科应用型人才"产业导向,实验支撑"的培养思路,以及"产业需求+实验平台+职业语言微技能(群)"的具体操作模式。The talents＇ training mode of local universities lays particular emphasis on ＂application type＂, reflecting the direction of industrial and occupational demands. So the experimental platform should adopt the corresponding operating mechanism in time. Taking ＂National Language and Literature Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center＂ as example and the occupational language skill training as an analysis object, this pa- per discusses the ＂industry-oriented, experiment-supported＂ training thought related to liberal arts＇ apphca- tion-oriented talents and gives the concrete operational mode of ＂industrial demand ＋ experimental platform ＋ micro vocational language skills （group） ＂
