摘 要:随着企业竞争的不断升级,管理学作为企业管理策略制定的基础,越来越受到重视。组织行为学是管理学的重要分支,其作为一门交叉性明显、理论性和实践性强的综合性学科,在我国高校中得到了高度重视与广泛应用。但是,由于发展时间过短与理论研究滞后等原因,造成组织行为学的教学方法存在诸多亟待完善的问题。文章从应用型人才培养视角出发,对组织行为学的教学方法现状进行论述,以期从加强案例教学法、研究性教学法等方面对组织行为学课程实践教学进行理论方面的完善,使其能在管理科学中发挥更大作用。With the continuous upgrading of enterprise competition,as the basis for the enterprise formulate management strategy, management is getting more and more attention.Organizational behavior is an important branch of management science,as a comprehensive discipline with the characteristic of obvious cross, strong theory and strong practice, It has been got a high degree of attention and extensive use in China's colleges and universities. However, as the development time is too short and the theoretical research lags behind, there are many problems to be improved in the teaching methods of organizational behavior. From the perspective of applied talents training, this paper has discussed the current situation of the teaching method of organizational behavior in order to improve the practice teaching theory of organizational behavior course, from strengthening the case teaching method, research teaching method and so on so that it can play a greater role in the management of science.
