摘　　要：高职教育校企合作模式是一个极为复杂的系统工程,涉及学校、企业、政府等多方利益群体,必须有效地处理各种利益相关者的博弈关系,才能使校企合作长期、持续、稳定地发展下去。可以从利益相关者博弈视角出发,分析高职教育校企合作中的主要利益相关者的博弈冲突,并提出能有效平衡各方利益的优化措施。The school-enterprise cooperation mode is a complicated system,which involves parties such as schools, enterprises, and the government. The relation between the stakeholders must be effectively handled before the acquisition of a healthy and stable sustainable development of the school-enterprise cooperation. The paper analyzes the game conflict of the main stakeholders in the vocational school enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the optimization measures that can effectively balance the interests of all parties.
