摘　　要："产出导向法"与翻转课堂的模式有较高的契合度,能较好地解决《高级英语》课程传统教学输出量不足质不高的问题。可根据相关课程的教学实际,在《高级英语》的翻转课堂上应用"产出导向法",在"驱动"、"促成"、"评价"等三个环节进行教学设计,开展实践探索。The Production-oriented Approach （POA）, a new TEFL approach initiated by professor Wen Qiufang shares a certain similarity in principles with the flipped classroom model. The author of this paper explores how motivating, enabling and evaluating can be realized in the flipped classroom to address the problem of the inadequacy in the students＇ output performance.
