摘 要:体育说课是一种教学环节、教研活动和新的教学能力考察形式。影响体育师范生说课面试成败的因素很多,主要有心理素质、说课内容熟悉程度、应变能力、风度风格和语言表达能力等。要提高体育师范生的说课能力,就必须有效利用其在校期间的专业学习、课余生活、毕业实习和岗前培训等各个环节,全方位、多渠道地锻炼他们的心理素质,夯实教育教学理论基础,培养个人风度与教学风格,提高应变能力与表达能力,以此来提高体育师范生说课面试和就业的成功率。Presentation of physical education is a kind of teaching link, teaching activity and a new investigation form of teach- ing ability. The major factors that may influence the interview of presentation by PE students are mentality, degree of familiarity to the content, strain capacity, style and expression ability. In order to improve PE students' ability of presentation, we must help them take good use of all links including major study, life after school, graduation field work and pre-job trainings to build up their psychological quality in all-around and multi-channel way, to consolidate the basis of teaching theory, to develop individual teach- ing style, to improve their stain capacity. Therefore, they may improve the success rate of presentation interview and employment of PE students.
