论社会公德建设的差异性原则——以北京社会公德建设为例

摘　　要：在社会公德建设过程中,凸显建设手段的差异性原则,是提升公德建设实效性的重要路径。这是因为:就现实层面言,公德的实践水平存在明显差异;就理论层面言,公德要求本身亦存在着层次性。要在实践中坚持差异性原则,则需做到四点:在总体化和阶段性规划的前提下,确立公德建设的基本手段;因地建设;因人建设;因人际关系类型建设。Highlighting the difference principle of the construction method is an important way to improve the effectiveness of the construction of public morality in the construction process.This is because there exists obvious differences on the practical level of social morality;and on the other hand social morality itself is multiple-layered on the theoretical level.To adhere to the principle of the differences in practice,the following four points are necessary：establishing a basic means of social morality construction in the context of the overall and staged planning;constructing social morality in view of local conditions,in view of different people,and in view of different types of interpersonal relationships.
