摘　　要：食品检测技术专业学生综合实训课程存在大型检测设备数量少,学生参与度低以及实训效果不佳等问题.为解决这些问题,在食品检测技术专业综合实训课程改革中应用了同步教学系统.此系统由服务器、服务平台和移动教学客户端组成.分析了系统的功能及使用效果.As there are problems in the teaching of food testing technology,including lack of large testing equipment,student participation,and poor effect.The synchronous teaching system has been applied as the reform of the food testing technology.This system is composed of the server,service platform and mobile teaching clients.The function and effect are also analyzed.
