摘 要:根据调查显示,新疆维吾尔族大学生的母语语言能力强于国家通用语语言能力,母语的使用在内部语域中出现了明显的代际差异和年轻一代的双语化甚至多语化倾向,国家通用语的使用和维、汉、哈语兼用现象多出现于外部语域的各种交际环境中;整体的母语语言态度偏向正面积极,国家通用语语言态度的积极性有待进一步提高。加大双语教育教学的力度,完善课程教学体系,在语言文化知识的教学中融入中华民族的传统文化教育;各高校开展丰富多彩的课外活动,通过参与者的影响带动其他学生积极使用国家通用语,优化校园的语言环境;适当加大汉语语音课程的授课时数,组织少数民族学生参加普通话等级测试;鼓励各行业制定录用人员的国家通用语标准,如普通话等级证书等;建议新疆各地政府部门定期组织语言工作者对各行业的少数民族工作人员进行国家通用语的培训。以上措施有利于提升新疆维吾尔族大学生国家通用语的使用能力,进而增强其对国家通用语的认同感。The survey shows that Uygur college students' mother-tongue language performance is stronger than that of national lingua franc. Mother-tongue application takes on apparent inter-generation gap in internal register and bilingual or even muhiple-lingual trend among young people. National lingua- franc Application and Uygur, Han and Kazak languages in mixed use mostly appear in various communicative setting of external register;mother-tongue language attitude as a whole tends to be positive and the enthusiasm of national lingua-franc language attitude is yet to be raised.We need to intensify bilingual teaching effort,improve curriculum design and fuse language and cultural teaching with Chinese nation's traditional cultural education; every institutions of higher education need to carry out diversified extra-curriculum activities and lead other students to use national lingua franc through participants' influence, optimize campus language setting, increase Chinese- language teaching hours and organize ethnic-minority students to attend Mandarin Chinese scaled tests; encourage different sectors to formulate national lingua-franc standard for hired persons;such as, Mandarin scaled-test certificate,Chinese proficiency certificate for ethnic minorities. It is suggested that the government departments in local,places organize regularly language workers to hold Chinese training sessions to ethnic-minority staff workers. The measures mentioned above can raise Uygur college students' ability to use Chinese in Xinjiang and enhance their sense of identity with national lingua franc.
