美国大学教育智库共同体的特点及启示--以美国教育政策研究联盟(CPRE)为例

摘　　要：美国教育政策研究联盟(CPRE)作为大学教育智库共同体,由美国顶尖大学联合成立,在美国乃至世界范围内具有重大影响。作为教育智库,其研究也具有鲜明特色,本文从创立与发展、组织与人员结构、研究内容、出版与传播几个方面进行了分析,认为CPRE作为世界大学教育智库共同体的典范,注重组织协同合作,研究队伍多元化,注重问题导向和基于证据的研究,注重研究对象本土化,研究时间的延续性,成果传播的广泛性与针对性,值得我们借鉴。Consortium for Policy Research in Education in the United States （CPRE） as a college education, a think-tank community, setting up a joint by a top American university, has significant impact in the United States and around the world. As education think-tank, the study also has distinctive characteristics and this article is from the creation and development, organization and personnel structure, the research content, publishing and communication aspects are analyzed, and believe the CPRE as a model of the world community of university education think-tank, pay attention to cooperate with the organization, the team diversity, and the problem of guidance and research based on evidence localization, the research object to study the continuity of time, the spread of the results of comprehensive and pertinence, is worth us using for reference.
