高职建筑专业实践教学体系构建——以四川建筑职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：根据建筑行业职业岗位对专业知识、专业技能和专业素质的要求,按照建筑企业需要和人才成长规律及职业教育特征,重构基于工作过程的实践教学体系。这一教学体系包括职业能力培养目标体系、课程结构与内容体系、运行管理与保障体系、实践教学评价体系的构建。实践过程中,构建定位科学、特色鲜明的实践教学体系,可以通过依据行业标准开发教学内容,加强师资队伍培养改革教学方法,建立多层次校企合作等路径实现。Based on the requirements of posts of construction industry for professional knowledge, professional skills and professional qualities, according to the needs of construction enterprise, the talent growth rule and the characteristics of vocational education, it is necessary to reconstruct the practical teaching system based on the working process. This teaching system includes the vocational ability training goal system, curriculum structure and content system, operation management and security system, and practice teaching evaluation system. In the practice, it is suggested to develop teaching content based on industry standard to build practical teaching system with scientific orientation and vivid characteristic, and strengthen the faculty training and the reform of teaching method, as well as establish multi-layer university-enterprise cooperation path.
