摘 要:根据经济发展的需要,台湾吸收和借鉴欧美国家职业教育成功经验,积极引进国际职业资格证书和考试制度,通过制定相关激励政策和评鉴体系,推进职业教育国际化,形成行政、社会、行业和院校共同协作机制,建立起完善的职业证书体系。大陆在高等职业证书教育国际化发展中,统筹协调行政、行业协会、企业和职业院校等资源,完善职业证书体系,建立高职院校职业证书国际化量化考核指标,通过制定激励性政策,积极推动国际职业证书引进和培训,提高学生职业实务能力,推动高等职业教育国际化发展。Aiming to satisfy the need of its economic development, Taiwan absorbed the experience of western countries in vocational education by introducing foreign vocational certificates and accreditation systems and fostering its own vocational certificate systems. To achieve the goal, the authority carried out many incentive policies and evaluation devices so as to promote the internationalization of vocational education with the founding of a sound collaboration network involved with government, society, trade unions and colleges. The Mainland of China should learn from Taiwan in its development of the internationalization of vocational certificates education in the direction of establishing a sound collaboration network involving the related players in vocational education field. Through the establishment of quantity inspection index and incentives policies for the evaluation of the vocational institutions in their internationalization of vocational certificates, education authority will encourage them to introduce foreign vocational certificates and training programs, strengthening their students professional capacity, enhancing the development of their educational internationalization.
