摘  要:目的了解北京市通州区城区中小学生健康教育干预前后营养标签的认知情况。方法 2015年9月-2016年1月随机选择城区6所中小学校,在一~七年级中整群抽样确定13个班级,通过干预前后比较营养标签认知情况。在学期初开展营养标签摸底问卷调查,在校园开展多种形式的营养标签健康教育干预活动,在学期末对干预效果进行评价。结果校园健康教育干预使城区中小学生营养标签知晓率由75.86%达到97.08%,行为形成率由44.06%达到57.53%。知晓率和行为形成率干预后高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预前学生阅读营养标签最关注的是蛋白质,干预后最关注的是能量。钠的关注率在干预前后的应答率均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在校园开展为期一个学期的营养标签健康教育,学生对营养标签的知晓率、内容关注率及行为形成率均高于干预前,对科学选择零食,提高健康素养起到了积极作用。Objective The aim of this study was to describe the awareness and application of nutrition labeling among primary and middle students in urban areas of Tongzhou district, in order to evaluate the effect of the campus health education. Methods The random cluster sampling method was used to determine the 13 classes of 6 primary and secondary schools between September 2015 and January 2016. The questionnaire was used to collect the information of the nutrition labeling awareness and application. The awareness of nutritional labeling were compared by self control before and after the intervention. Results The awareness rate of nutrition labeling among primary and middle school students in urban areas increased from 75.86% to 97.08%. Behavioral formation rate increased from 44.06% to 57.53%. Before the intervention, the most concerned issue was protein, after the intervention the most concerned issue was the energy. The response rate of sodium were lower, the difference of the intervention before and after was not statistically significant. Conclusion Based on the campus health education intervention, the awareness rate of nutrition labeling, content and behavior formation rate had varying degrees of improvement. There is a positive role in the scientific selection of snacks and improving health literacy.
