摘  要:以平菇菌种为试验材料,采用袋栽方式,研究在平菇栽培培养料中分别加入0(CK)、5 kg/100kg、10 kg/100kg、15 kg/100kg和20 kg/100kg的马铃薯渣对平菇子实体品质的影响,测定了其总糖、粗蛋白、VC、粗脂肪、粗纤维和灰分含量等指标。结果表明:不同量的马铃薯渣对平菇子实体品质影响显著;马铃薯渣的添加量为15%时,与对照相比,平菇子实体的总糖含量提高9.37%、粗蛋白含量提高18.97%、Vc含量提高18.88%、粗脂肪含量降低6.81%、粗纤维含量降低11.35%、粗灰分含量降低0.83%;其栽培的最佳配方为马铃薯渣15%、玉米芯35%、木屑26%、棉籽壳15%、石膏粉1%、玉米粉6%和石灰2%,在此基质配方下栽培平菇子实体的品质均优于其他处理。Quality of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated by different number of potato starch residue (0, 5 kg/100kg, 10 kg/100kg, 15 kg/100kg, 20 kg/100kg) in bag was studied, the content of total sugar, crude protein, Vc, crud fat, crude fibre, ash, and so on were determined. The results showed that the different treatments had the significant effect on the quality of P. ostreatus fruiting body. With 15% potato starch slag, the content of total sugar, crude protein and Ve increased by 9.37%, 18.97%, 18.88%, respectively, compared with the control, but the content of crude fat, crude fiber and ash namely reduced 6.81%, 11.35% and 0.83%. For P. ostreatus, the optimum formula of the cultivation was follows: 15% potato starch residue, 35% the corn cob, 26% sawdust, 15% cottonseed shell, 1% gypsum powder, 6% corn flour and 2% lime. The quality of P. ostreatus was the best in the optimum formula for cultivation.
