摘　　要：随着对丙肝病毒(HCV)的研究深入,慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)治疗领域逐渐成为关注焦点之一。本文通过检索FDA药品管理机构公开的药品信息,将国外已上市的用于治疗CHC的直接抗病毒治疗药物(DAA)的致癌性试验信息进行汇总,以期丰富对治疗CHC的DAA药物致癌性的了解。With the in-depth studies on hepatitis C virus（HCV）,the treatment for chronic hepatitis C（CHC） becomes one of the main focus areas. This review summarizes the carcinogenicity information of recently approved direct-acting antiviral treatment（DAA） drugs overseas with different targets based on drug information published by the U. S. Food and Drug administration（FDA） in order to enrich the understanding and knowledge of DAA drugs against HCV.
