长玻纤改性聚丙烯在汽车领域中的应用与展望

摘　　要：我国汽车产业已进入高速发展的阶段，汽车产量、销量都居世界首位。在汽车产业快速增长的带动下，以塑料为代表的非金属材料也得到了快速的发展。车用材料发展的一个主要方向就是轻量化，汽车自重每减少10％，油耗可降低6％-8％。长纤维增强热塑性塑料（LFT）是纤维增强聚合物领域中的一种新型高级轻量化材料，目前在汽车领域应用最多的是长玻纤复合材料（LGFT）和长碳纤复合材料（LCFT）。综述了近年来LGF／PP材料在汽车部件中的应用，并对LGF／PP材料在汽车领域中的应用前景进行了展望。Automobile industry has entered a stage of rapid development in China, capacity and sales of automobile are ranked No. 1 in the world. Rapid development of the non-metallic mate- rials, especially plastics, has been driven by rapid growth in the automotive industry. Light weight is one of the main direction of the development of automotive materials. Fuel consump- tion can be reduced by 6% to 8% when the mass of automobile is reduced by 10%. Long fiber reinforced thermoplastics（LFT） is a new kind of advanced lightweight material for fiber-rein- forced polymers. A detailed introduction of the use of LGT/polypropylene（PP） in automobile industry is reviewed. And the application of LGF/PP material in automobile field is prospected.
