摘 要:为探究外来工的孤独感和八种认知情绪调节方式(接受、沉思、积极调整、积极设想、自我安慰、自我责难、责备他人、灾难化)的特点及其关系,本研究以深圳93名21~45岁的外来工为研究对象,使用UCLA孤独量表(第三版)和认知情绪调节方式量表进行调查以揭示外来工的心理状况和心理弹性机制。结果表明,外来工孤独感体验较高;他们常使用的是适应性的认知情绪调节策略。另外,外来工的孤独感和接受、沉思、灾难化、责难他人、自我责难呈显著正相关;相反,孤独感和积极设想呈显著负相关。此外,灾难化、积极设想和沉思这三个策略对孤独感有显著的预测作用。This study investigated the characteristics of loneliness, eight kinds of cognitive emotion regulation strategies ( acceptance, rumination, positive refocusing, positive planning and reappraisal, self-comfort, self-blame, otherblame, catastrophizing) and their relationship of migrant workers in Shenzhen city. Meanwhile, this study would be helpful to reveal mental condition and mental resilience mechanism of migrant workers. UCLA Loneliness Scale (The 3rd Edition) and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were applied on 93 migrant workers in Shenzhen city ranged 21- 45 years old. The result suggested that most of migrant workers experienced loneliness. In addition, the strategies which they often use are adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Moreover, Loneliness was positively correlated with acceptance, rumination, catastrophizing, self-blame, other-blame ; while loneliness was negatively correlated with positive planning and reappraisal. Besides, catastrophizing, positive planning and rumina- tion could significantly predict loneliness.
