摘  要:等速运动及等速设备在康复医疗和体育健身领域具有无可比拟的优点和广阔的应用前景,深入研究等速运动并研发等速设备意义重大。介绍了等速运动的概念和特点,通过搭建以PLC控制交流伺服电机,以扭矩传感器检测实时转矩,以触摸屏实现人机交互的实验台来实现等速运动,同时解释了PLC程序的设计方法及实现等速运动过程中遇到的问题。所设计的等速运动实验台各参数满足要求,功能完备,用户体验良好。证明"PLC+交流伺服电机"的结构可用于实现等速运动。Isokinetic exercise and isokinetic equipment have unmatched advantages in the field of rehabilitation therapy and sports fitness, which leads to an extensive prospect, therefore, an intensive study on isokinetic exercise and developing isokinetic equipment are of great significance. The concept, characteristics of the isokinetic exercise are introduced- To implement isokinetic exercise, an experiment table is built, which platform consists of PLC controlling servo motor, torque sensor as the feedback element detecting real-time torque and the touch screen realizing man-machine interaction. Meanwhile, PLC program design methods and problems in the process of isokinetic exercise are explained. The experiment table, whose parameters meet the requirements, is of raaturity function and fine user experience.The structure of "PLC +AC servo motor" can be used to implement isokinetic exercise.
