摘　　要：在当前市场经济快速发展背景下,社会对于高素质人才的需求度不断增长。传统的教学理念和教学方法已经无法满足实际教学需要,迫切需要进一步创新和完善,应高等教育事业改革要求,基于能力培养视角对程序设计基础课程进行改革,选择合理的教学手段来提升教学成效。由此,文章主要就基于能力培养视角下的程序设计基础课程改革和实施进行分析,寻求合理对策。In the background of the rapid development of market economy, the demand for high-quality talent is growing in society.of ability training to carry on the reform of program design basic course, selecting reasonable teaching methods to improve teaching effectiveness. Thus, this article mainly analyzes reform and implementation program design basic course based on the perspective of ability training, to seek reasonable countermeasures.
