摘  要:传统医学课程的设置割裂了局部解剖学通向外科学的联系,学生被动学习,局部解剖学基础专业知识掌握不牢靠。为更好地培养医学人才,适应时代发展的要求,以临床乳腺外科为切入点,进行局部解剖学与临床医学相结合的教学模式的探索,两者互补融合,激发了学生对局部解剖学基础理论知识的学习原动力,有效提高了教学质量和效率,是现代医学的教学新思路。The setting of traditional medicine curriculum splits the association of regional anatomy with surgery. Thus, medical students study passively so that they didn't master the professional knowledge of regional anatomy firmly. For better training of medical students and meet the needs of development, we carried out the exploration of the combination of regional anatomy and clinical medicine teaching mode with clinical breast surgery as the breakthrough point. The complementary fusion of these two subjects can inspire the students to study the basic theory of regional anatomy. This teaching mode also effectively improves the teaching quality and efficiency, which can be a modem new idea of medical teaching.
