“先行组织者策略”在教学设计中的应用研究

摘　　要："先行组织者"是教育心理学的一个重要概念,半个多世纪以来在教学设计的研究应用当中发展了丰硕的理论以及取得了瞩目的成果。文章首先对"先进组织者"实施时间点以及在保持信息和促进学习过程中起到的作用进行阐述,并分析国内外研究现状,继而对"先行组织者策略"的优势及影响因素进行剖析,最后将"先行组织者策略"运用于职业教育进行思考探讨。＂Advance organizer＂, as an important concept of edu- cation psychology, has developed fruitful theories and achieved remarkable results in teaching design research and application in the last more than half a century. The thesis expounds the imple- mentation time ＂advance organizer＂, and its effect in keeping in- formation and facilitating learning, and analyzes the research sta- tus at home and abroad, thus analyzes the advantages of ＂advance organizers strategy＂ and the factors influencing it, and ultimately explores the application of ＂advance organizers strategy ＂ in vo- cational education.
