摘  要:通过对选育大黄鱼进行低盐养殖,采用通径系数分析了12月龄低盐养殖大黄鱼体高、体长和体质量的相关性并估算遗传力。试验结果表明,低盐养殖大黄鱼体长与体质量的相关关系(0.957)最大,体长对体质量的直接作用(0.658)最高;建立大黄鱼低盐养殖模式多元回归方程为m=-143.694+13.062L(r2=0.959),经显著性检验,体长对体质量的偏回归系数及回归常数均达到了极其显著水平(P<0.01);分析低盐养殖大黄鱼体高、体长和体质量的现实遗传力分别为0.623、0.681和0.363均明显高于自然海水养殖大黄鱼的体高(0.178)、体长(0.548)和体质量(0.110)。低盐环境养殖的大黄鱼选育子代可以更好的继承亲本性状,应进行大黄鱼抗低盐育种。By using path coefficient, we analyzed correlation between body height and body length and body weight in 12-month old large croaker Pseudosciaena crocea in low salt water, and estimated the he- reditary capacity. The results showed that body length and weight correlation (0. 957) was the largest in the low salt water. The body length had the most important direct effect on body weight(m) (0. 658). Multiple regression equation was built: m=-143. 694+13. 062L(r2 =0. 959) ; the partial regression coef- ficient and regression constants of body length to body weight reached the extremely significant level(P〈 0.01). The significance test realized that heritabilities of the body height, body length and body weight in the large croaker reared in the low salt water were 0. 623, 0. 681 and 0. 363, which is apparently higher than those (0. 178, 0. 548 and 0. 110) of cultured in nature seawater. The findings suggest that the breed- ing progeny of low salt cultured large croaker has the better ability of inheriting the parent characters and the low salt resistance breeding of the large croaker is meaningful.
