摘 要:目的探讨重症医学科临床护理教师胜任力的要素,为临床护理教师的选拔与考核提供依据。方法2015年1—2月,采用质性研究方法,对13名临床护理教师进行半结构式深入访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果通过深入访谈,提炼出4个主题,即专业能力、教学能力、沟通能力与心理特质。结论扎实的专业能力、多元的教学策略、良好的沟通能力及积极的心理特质是临床护理教师胜任力的要素。应加强师资内涵建设,多途径提升教学质量,注重师生关系和谐发展,才能不断促进临床教学的效果。Objective To explore the competency of clinical nursing teachers in emergency medical service center,so as to provide basis for the selection and evaluation of clinical nursing teachers.Methods Qualitative research method was used and a semi-structure interview was conducted in a purposive sample of 13 clinical nursing teachers from one tertiary hospital in Shanghai during January and February 2015.The phenomenological analysis was used to study the materials.Results Four themes were drawn:Professional ability,teaching ability,communication ability and psychological characteristic.Conclusion Solid professional ability,multiple learning strategies,good communication ability and positive psychological traits are included in the competency of clinical nursing teachers.The construction of teachers' competency should be strengthened to improve the teaching quality.The harmonious development of teacher-student relationship should be paid attention to promote the teaching effectiveness.
