摘 要:放射治疗(放疗)过程中膀胱体积的变化是制约盆腔恶性肿瘤实现精确放疗的关键。目前常用的依赖人体生物反馈法憋尿不能满足精确放疗的要求,使用导尿管进行人工膀胱充盈则为有创操作,不良反应明显。超声膀胱测容仪可快速计算出人体膀胱容量,其准确性高、操作简单,可有效监测和管理膀胱充盈度,确保放疗时膀胱体积在目标范围内,减少盆腔内器官及靶区的位移,实现盆腔恶性肿瘤的精确放疗。The change of the bladder volume during radiation treatment is the key to achieve precise radiotherapy of pelvic tumor. Depending on human body biological feedback to keep bladder stable is the common method, but it cannot meet the requirements of precise radiotherapy. Using catheter to fill bladder artificially is worse for body. The ultrasound bladder e-scan can calculate the volume of the bladder quickly and accurately. It's easy to operate, and to ensure the bladder volume within the scope of the requirements, if we use it before each radiation therapy. And then the precise radiotherapy of pelvic tumor could be realized by reducing the displacement of the organ and the radiation field in the pelvic cavity.
