企业知识网络中知识中介角色演变:从封闭到开放

摘　　要：本研究引入知识中介的概念,通过复杂网络分析技术构建基于知识中介的知识网络拓扑模型,分析知识中介在知识网络中的角色及类型。本研究将企业知识网络划分为三个阶段,分析每个阶段知识中介角色,推演出知识中介从封闭知识网络到开放知识网络转变过程中的角色变化。结果表明随着网络开放度的增加,网络内部知识不断的积累,网络中知识中介的协调角色不断弱化,而咨询人、代表、看门人以及联络人角色增强。但随着网络开放度的进一步扩大,知识中介的联络人角色突出明显,而其他角色减弱。This study introduces the concept of the knowledge broker , and build the network topology model based on knowledge broker through a complex network analysis technology. This study analysis types of knowledge intermediary role in knowledge network. This study divided enterprise knowledge network into three stages and knowledge intermediary role of each stage to deduce changing roles of knowledge broker from a closed to an open. The results show that with the increase of network openness and the accumulation of knowledge within the network, co - ordinating role weakens. However, consultants, representatives, janitor enhance. But with the further expan- sion of network openness, contacts role increases significantly, while other roles are weakened.
